I hope you find as much comfort in these pages as I have found when writing them. For the past 14 years I’ve tried many alternatives to battling temperamental emotions, nerves, worry, mood swings, extreme highs and devastating lows.  While I’m sure many of you can relate to having tried varied methods for dealing with the “black cloud”, as I have, I found that the activities which had the most therapeutic effect were experimenting in the kitchen and writing.
